1)看冰箱里的材料决定菜单,不盲目购买食材。2)开火前做好所有准备工作。3)练好刀工。4)不必恪守成规遵循原方。5)做再熟悉的菜也要尝味。6)记住家人喜欢的味道。7)睡前备好早餐的用料。8)做菜不能慌。9)注重配色摆盘。10)会收拾厨房才算真会做饭
